Clayton grew up with a passion for fitness after doing his first weight session at 14 years old. His passion grew throughout his time as an athlete in high school and through his Marine Corps career. After multiple injuries and rounds of physical therapy, he decided to try and help as many people as he could avoid preventable injuries by training them to become the best versions of themselves.
